  • Geographically Kheda district is located between 22.300 to 23.100 north latitude and 72.300 to 73.340 east longitude.
  • The average rainfall of district is 670 mm.
  • The total area of the district is 3, 94,388 ha. Out of that 3,04,669 ha are cultivable. The forest is spread over 9807 ha.
  • Canal irrigation facilities available in 68,773 ha, whereas 4214 and 62,855 ha area are covered by tank and well irrigation facility, respectively.
  • The average maximum and minimum temperatures of the district are ranges from 350 – 43.20C, and 10 - 140C, respectively.
